The team at August Reign pride themselves on maintaining the highest quality customer relations but unfortunately quality support in the web hosting market was becoming increasingly difficult to come by, causing shortcomings in August Reign’s ability to satisfy it’s customers needs. Juniper Avenue Hosting Services are housed within a Tier-4 data center in Phoenix, AZ, which features:

• Primary Power from APS: Electrical service consisting of eight 2,000kva 480-volt transformers for 16,000 amps.
• Emergency Power: Multiple diesel generators each 1.5Mw w/ power distributed via 480V, 3 phase, 4 wire bus duct.
• Security: Biometric, physical and other access control devices throughout the facility, as well as concrete walls, floors and ceilings.
• Environment: Temperature and particulate controlled system with sixteen 30 ton Liebert HVAC units with superior heat loss and airflow.
• Fire Safety: State-of-the-art automated advanced fire detection and suppression systems.

Our Network is connected to 12 different service providers, ensuring continuous direct connectivity.

We utilize Dell Servers with 3Ghz P4 processors and a minimum of 2 GBs RAM for our Webservers.
Dell Dual Xeon 3Ghz processors with a minimum of 2 GBs RAM for our Database and Mail servers.
RAID-5 SCSI hard disks, dual NICs, and dual power supplies for full redundancy.
All servers are behind the latest Cisco Router firewalls.
Disk-to-disk-to-tape backups on Enterprise Class Dell tape libraries.
Backups are performed daily and weekly.
